Jane Rogan
Jane believes in the power of collaborative networks and trusting partnerships to create innovative opportunities for community-identified sustainable futures. With over 25 years of experience in higher education, Jane created and directed Sustaining Hoosier Communities at Indiana University to bridge the gap between the university and local rural communities and to enrich the health, prosperity, resiliency and vitality of communities.
Jane grew up on the edge of Cheshire plain and the Peak District in the northwest of England and now calls Cleveland, OH, home. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in business studies from Birmingham City University (UK) and a Master of Science in higher education from Indiana University, Bloomington.
Jack Ricchiuto
Jack teaches groups in communities how to co-create a shared future distinct from the past. This work is inspired by neuroscience, social network science, neurolinguistics, ontological transformation, storytelling, Noetic medicine, Open Space Technology, and flawless planning. Since the 1970s, Jack has worked across over 24 industry sector companies and nonprofits. In global, national, regional, and local contexts, he has worked with urban and rural communities and a variety of networks. He is the developer of Flawless Planning, author of 37 books and the co-developer of Pathway Gatherings
Erin Liman
Erin partners with purpose-driven leaders to bring bold visions to life. A recognized expert in bringing evidence-based solutions to market, she collaborates with executives from Fortune 500 companies to nonprofits, guiding teams as they gain clarity on challenges and drive measurable impact. As a human-centered strategist and educator, she fosters collective action and innovation, ensuring organizations learn, evolve, and deliver lasting change in an ever-shifting world. Her cross-industry experience spans automotive, pharma, CPG, education, financial services, fitness, hospitality, insurance, international development, management consulting, manufacturing, retail, and technology.
Erin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and an MBA from Babson College.
Kathy Opp
Kathy artfully guides people and organizations in the discovery of their strategic direction. She has worked or served clients in a variety of industries including banking, heavy civil construction, natural resources, education, start-up operations and non-profits. Whether the relationship involves implementing strategic initiatives, providing organizational culture assessment and change management, designing intentional mentorship programs or team development, Kathy's approach encourages people to work together to reach beyond limiting beliefs and attain their organizational potential. She is the CEO of her own consulting firm, K2OHSolutions, LLC and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and an MBA from Northwest Nazarene University.
