Conversations
Imagine people creating larger impacts together
The Contexts
We use Pathway Conversations in Community Gatherings and Organizational Gatherings. In each context, people work together to make larger positive impacts.
These are four conversations that keep people continuously inspired, aligned, and productive: Learnings, Assumptions, Questions, and Actions. People move from disconnection to connection, talk to action, and action to results.
The model makes it possible for any group of any size, focused on any scope of shared interest, to remain optimally aligned and productive. It is an open-ended, question-based, ground-up model for any group seeking to co-create new impacts together. The social architecture of Pathway Conversations is inspired by liberating structures like Open Space, The Art of Hosting, and Flawless Planning.

The Pathway Conversations model is based on Flawless Planning: The art and science of planning anything 3rd Edition (2025 Jack Ricchiuto, Nuance Works).
