Meet JACK
For over 40 years, Jack's work as a writer, researcher, and practitioner has focused on teaching leaders and groups how to realize their individual and shared potential.
He has taught leadership and engagement to people in global corporations, social mission organizations, as well as urban and rural communities in the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
Jack's work has been grounded in research, training, and practice in ontological coaching, neuroscience, and noetic medicine. These share the common thread of wisdom that all transformation is linguistic.
He is a 40-time author and has been a prolific blogger since 2002. He is the originator of the "Pathway Conversations™ Framework, co-founder of Third Floor Design, and his latest project is offering his 40+ years of coaching experience exclusively through his AI app: EverydayJack.org. The project is inspired by a commitment to making leadership development radically affordable and accessible to emerging leaders and leaders interested in dramatically changing the trajectory of leadership across contexts.
With an MA in Psychology from Goddard College, Jack has also taught in undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate programs, including John Carroll University, Kent State University, Harvard Business School, UC Berkeley, and Vanderbilt University.
Meet JANE
Focusing on the community engagement work I enjoy so much, I launched my business after dedicating over 25 years to higher education where I worked in external engagement, curricular program design, and teaching.
Understanding the challenges faced by multi-disciplinary teams and community groups alike, I wanted to develop a simple and powerful system that would work easily for each. When I crossed paths with Jack, we were able to unite our experiences to build the Pathway Conversations™ framework that we have since tested and proven remarkably effective.
Jack leverages the power of a group’s new questions to forge realistic futures. I enjoy walking organizational and community teams through ideation and planning to discover new possibilities. We’re delighted to have the opportunity to work with and animate your team from the ground up.
The nature-inspired theme throughout the Third Floor Design website is deliberate. I grew up in the Northwest of England and started hiking when I was eleven. I still enjoy getting on the trails. I draw inspiration and comfort from the nature that surrounds our daily lives. Food, along with gardening and general fix-it tinkering are high on my list of ways to relax.
